Neetish Sarda is the Founder and Managing Director of Smartworks. Starting in his 20s, Neetish envisioned a new way of working in India—one that blended scale, service, and flexibility.
Today, still under 35, he has led Smartworks to become India’s largest managed campus operator (as of 31 March 2024), with a footprint of over 10 million sq. ft., 54 centres, and a presence across 15 cities in India and Singapore.
Under his leadership, the company recently achieved a significant milestone by getting listed on India’s stock exchanges, marking one of the rare founder-led IPOs at this scale.
