Neetish Sarda is committed to improving working conditions in India by offering custom-designed office solutions, cost-saving solutions, and more. Neetish Sarda's family business consists of Jute products as well as many other under the competent management of Neetish Sarda's father, Ghanshyam Sarda. When asked about what inspired him to start a new idea such as co-working spaces Neetish Sarda recalled his time in the United States when he was learning and studying at Singapore and the USA as well as Singapore (he completed his studies at SIM Global Education, Singapore and holds a master's degree of Accounting & Finance from Purdue University, Indiana, USA) which was when exposure to the future of workspaces and increased levels of engagement among employees made him consider office spaces that he had in his home country of India. "My experiences of visiting traditional office spaces across India and observing aspects such as ugly design, lack of aesthetics, low energy levels, a lack of flexibilities, and an unsatisfactory employee environment reinforced my belief that the commercial office environment in India needed to be changed," he says. This led to the creation of Smartworks the largest office space managed by Smartworks.
